The What About Bob Chuckwagon Races is a multi-day event held annually on the Ward Ranch near Wilburton, Oklahoma. Scout and I camped out on the ranch along with many others. There were a number of food and other vendors but no Verizon phone service. I didn't have Starlink yet so had to drive into Wilburton in order to upload and publish content that week.
Now that I do have Starlink service I would love to come back and attempt to do a live-stream coverage if that is acceptable to the head honchos. New videos from 2922 are still being published every Thursday and can be viewed below.

The ABC Pro Rodeo Week is held the last week of March at the Mallet Event Center in Levelland, Texas. There is a BBQ cook-off and four rodeos including the matinee on Saturday. My schedule did not allow me to document all the public activities giving me a good reason for visiting again!
I have started publishing videos on Saturdays and will share some examples below starting with 78 kids trying out for berths in the Mutton Bustin' events during the rodeos. The tryouts were held on Saturday before rodeo week and the top 30 riders were selected to compete in the rodeos.

The 2023 season of competition in The American Heartlands begins with the annual Wiley Hicks Jr Memorial Roping competition held in the ANC Arena of the Tri-state Exposition in Amarillo, Texas. The 14.5 and 13.5 classes were documented in full by round. Should any of the rounds be limited for viewers by YouTube, those videos will still be available to channel members and can also be viewed without restrictions on the American Heartlands Channel on Rumble.

White Deer, Texas is a thriving community located on US 60 between Amarillo and Pampa. I came here twice to mainly document the UPRA-sanctioned rodeos held each year that drew sellout crowds.
The rodeos are held during the annual Kickback Days celebration so I returned to document the other activities that go on each year as you can watch below.

I was elementary school age when I was totally impressed with the number of watermelons on hand at the beginning of August in Dalhart, Texas for the "World's Largest Barbeque Feed". The XIT Rodeo & Reunion is held annually on the first weekend in August.
