Increased interest by a number of regional gift shops in Texas has spawned a new line of Note Cards featuring photographs by Dusty Reins. These cards are mass produced and are more cost effective products than the hand-made and signed original photo Gift Cards. These cards will be available only at retail locations as I do not have the time to process individual online sales.
The card on the left of this page shows how the front of the card is designed with a border (which may change depending on the image) around the image on the front of the card. The back of the card will always feature a short story about the image in the front. Inside of the card is blank and provides a smooth writing surface. The cards are packaged in a clear plastic bag with an envelope inside the card. This allows customers to view both sides of the card and keeps the envelope and card together free from contamination by handling.
The Note Cards are printed with colorfast pigments on low acid paper and are designed to be suitable for framing in 5" x 7" frames and should retain vibrant colors for years to come.
The random images featured at the top of this page are mostly images being considered for publication at this time since this is a new product line for me. All images under consideration for Note Cards can be seen in the Gallery by clicking on the photo to the left on this page. Please feel free to use the Gallery rating system to rate images you would like to see published on a Note Card. You must create an account and login to the Gallery section in order to leave comments on an image. I have to require registration due to the amount of spamming I have to deal with each day.
Images already selected to be published carry an "NC" in the image title and the information on the back of the card appears below the image when viewed in the Gallery.
I will soon have a PDF file available for download which will serve as an order form for use by retail stores. The file can be printed, marked and sent via snail mail to order cards, or can be edited and send to me via Email for faster order processing. Watch this page for additional information.
I have already had interest expressed by several area county museums to develop note cards featuring the museum and intended to be available in the museum gift shop and other retail locations within the county. These projects will be considered on an individual basis and will require a larger minimum order per card item.
